HOW TO TAKE
Take exactly one tablet as directed. Do not split the pill unless your doctor advises it. Take the tablet 1 to 2 hours before sexual activity to allow both components to reach peak levels in your bloodstream. Drink a full glass of water. This helps the tablet to dissolve and can reduce the risk of dizziness associated with Dapoxetine. Do not exceed one tablet in 24 hours. Due to the high 40 mg dose of Tadalafil, many users find they do not need another dose for two days.

WARNING AND PRECAUTIONS
Never take Super Tadapox if you use nitrate medications (like Nitroglycerin for chest pain). The combination can cause a life-threatening drop in blood pressure. Inform your doctor if you have heart problems, high or low blood pressure, liver or kidney disease, or a history of strokes. Since 40 mg is a high dose of Tadalafil, ensure your heart is healthy enough for the increased cardiovascular strain of sexual activity.
